Reason:
Because of limitation of needle size and embroidery thread size,embroidery logo size must not be too small,otherwise the outcome would be unclear/not sharp .

Suggestion:
If embroidery logo is chinese wordind,the height should be 7cm at least.If embroidery logo is english wording,the height should be 10cm at least.Furthermore,if the word is complicated or dense in size,for example"beer"because "e"has little free space,this kind of words may need to increase size and height.

Embroidery is made by continuaus thread sewing through the full logo.During after treatment worker need to clean the threads link between words/shapes,this step usually cause the embroidery broken ends arise.

Embroidery method is not suggested making very complicated and colorful design logo.Screen print method is better to apply for complicated and colorful logo design.
